Role Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth and communication skills.

Confirm expert availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.

Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass and provide concise summaries for the program team.

Clock interview scheduling within weekday business hours, primarily EST.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in recruiting, interviewing, or expert-vetting.

Demonstrated ability to assess senior professionals effectively.

Strong communication skills and structured judgment are essential.

Availability during EST weekday business hours is required.

Able to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, fully remote.
