About the Role

We are rebuilding biotech for the AI era. When a breakthrough is delayed, the world waits. Getting a molecule from discovery to patients, or a crop from lab to field, involves thousands of slow, manual, disconnected steps. AI has the potential to change this, compressing decades of R&D work into years. Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D, where scientists design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists—from academic labs to Sanofi and Moderna—trust Benchling to power their most important work.

As a member of our recruiting team, you’ll partner with engineering groups to attract and hire top engineering talent. This role encompasses all stages of the hiring process, from strategy and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. AI fluency is core to how we work, and you’ll complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion as part of the interview process.
