About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical and professional positions. This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing capabilities with relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering significant long-term growth potential. Initially, the role requires full on-site participation to support onboarding and collaboration, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop ideal candidate profiles.
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting channels.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and overall fit.
- Assess candidate motivations, career goals, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive hiring data to support recruiting strategies.
- Guide hiring managers through candidate selection decisions and provide recommendations on candidate progression.
- Facilitate offer presentation, negotiation, and acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Leverage recruiting technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement processes.
- Develop and maintain talent communities and strengthen employer branding efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or professional staffing environments.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced sourcing methods.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate engagement strategies, and talent market trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing AI tools or AI-powered agents to support candidate identification, filtering, screening, or workflow optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, manufacturing, or other specialized roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Familiarity with recruiting analytics, pipeline management, and recruiting process optimization.
- Experience building talent communities and supporting employer branding initiatives.
