Responsibilities
- Ensure all testing documentation (standard forms, equipment-generated data, photos, etc.) is thoroughly completed.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are accurate, secure, and easily retrievable.
- Expedite paperwork to necessary team members as needed.
- Track and maintain records of engineering and testing equipment (tool assignments, condition, calibration records).
- Aid in the creation of new work instructions and reports for electrical testing.
- Work with management on occasional team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and procedural mindset to support a fast-paced team.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Engineers, Technicians, Quality Control, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License with ability to occasionally travel between Milwaukee-area facilities.
- Ability to spend approximately 50% of time on your feet in a dynamic industrial environment.
- 2+ years of experience in records management, document control, administrative support, or technical documentation.
- Experience in manufacturing or electrical trades preferred.
