Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision for technical publications
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing documentation team
- Modernize content infrastructure using CCMS platforms and AI-driven tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and UX
- Establish KPIs to measure content effectiveness and drive improvements
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technical writing
- At least 6 years managing global technical writing teams
- Familiarity with unstructured data storage, SaaS, or hardware industries
- Proficient in modern authoring tools like SDL Tridion and Git
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field
