Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee projects involving Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services.
- Create and keep project plans, guaranteeing prompt completion and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to hit project checkpoints and outcomes.
- Create detailed technical documents for systems, processes, and setups.
- Create user manuals, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base entries to aid swift support and troubleshooting.
- Build solid communication and teamwork with internal groups, external suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Act as a go-between for technical and non-technical stakeholders, making sure everyone understands project objectives and progress.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in project management within a tech-driven setting.
- Strong technical writing skills, capable of explaining intricate technical ideas plainly.
- Familiarity with networking technologies.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Cisco or Arista certifications.
- Previous experience in a comparable role within the IT industry.
