Responsibilities

  • Cook up and oversee projects involving Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services.
  • Create and keep project plans, guaranteeing prompt completion and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to hit project checkpoints and outcomes.
  • Create detailed technical documents for systems, processes, and setups.
  • Create user manuals, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base entries to aid swift support and troubleshooting.
  • Build solid communication and teamwork with internal groups, external suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a go-between for technical and non-technical stakeholders, making sure everyone understands project objectives and progress.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record in project management within a tech-driven setting.
  • Strong technical writing skills, capable of explaining intricate technical ideas plainly.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Cisco or Arista certifications.
  • Previous experience in a comparable role within the IT industry.
