Technical Project Manager - Louisiana

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to ensure program staffing aligns with delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison with Meta, facilitating communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Track progress across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
- Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans and escalate critical issues where required.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure actions are driven to completion.
- Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and program health metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects or programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple teams and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 is desirable.
