About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with demonstrated success leading federal IT programs. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and bring deep expertise in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, QA leadership, business analysis, Agile practices, federal budgeting, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience leveraging AWS cloud solutions and modern development practices to support mission objectives. The candidate should also have a strong background in quality assurance, requirements analysis, and Agile project delivery to ensure projects are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable impact.
