About the role
A Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of various projects within the US Operations - Project Management department. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with AI tools, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans that align with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success
- Utilize AI tools to enhance project management processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMI
- Experience with project budgeting and resource allocation
