About the role

Trackonomy is looking for a strong Technical Program Manager to work with our Customer Success team. From day one, the Technical Program Manager will immediately impact our productivity, streamline initiatives, oversee program management, and communicate objectives between departments. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day solution delivery and deployment with customers throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle, including demos, pilots, production launches, and ongoing deployments
  • Drive end-to-end orchestration of global deployments, developing and managing deployment plans and schedules while coordinating logistics, materials, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and seamless execution across customer sites
  • Support customers with technical requests and resolve technical issues, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project and deployment documentation
  • Lead special projects and handle ad hoc incoming requests; identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success
  • Develop and drive project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful execution against business goals
  • Proactively manage competing priorities, dependencies, and shifting requirements while maintaining momentum and accountability through completion
  • Track, delegate, and assume ownership for completing projects, initiatives, and action items, ensuring accountability and timely execution
  • Act as a facilitator to streamline efficiency and communication across departments, establish clear expectations, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, schedules, and deployment readiness

Required Experience

  • Bachelors, Masters in Engineering, or similar technical field. MBAs welcome
  • At least 3 - 5 years of technical industry experience, including as program, project, or equivalent technical leader
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and passion for leading end-to-end programs; Prior start-up or consulting experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA-based program management tools and standard methodologies
  • Track record of driving execution and building consensus across large engineering organizations and driving teams towards the next level of difficulty
  • Experience leading sophisticated, fast-paced critical initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations, often with conflicting priorities and schedules
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity.
