Technical Program Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data models.
• Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.
• Coordinate software development activities across development, QA, product, and business teams.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
• Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in software development with exposure to project coordination.
• Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
