About the Opportunity:The Technical Program Manager will lead the delivery of complex software and cloud projects within the Cloud Professional Services team. This role manages the entire project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and budgets to ensure timely, quality outcomes. The position requires strong technical and business insight to guide projects from initiation to ongoing support. 3. Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and customer stakeholders to define product goals and technical requirements.Oversee project lifecycles, reviewing work statements for resources, timelines, and budgets.Implement and maintain project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.Prepare and share project management documents including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.Facilitate regular team meetings and Scrum ceremonies to maintain communication.Manage project budgets and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues affecting quality or goals.Identify opportunities for additional services and support agreements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery and quality standards. 4. Requirements:5-7+ years in Technical Program or Project Management, preferably in professional services or cloud technology.Proficiency in Agile methodologies in dynamic, often remote environments.Strong business acumen with experience managing large projects and budgets.Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred: Project Management certification (PMI-PMP), Scrum Master certification, prior software engineering or technical experience, cloud platform project experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), coding ability in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Pay range is $87,100 to $108,900 USD, dependent on experience and skills. 6.
