About the Role

The Technical Program Manager will support software products, engineering organizations, and software release lifecycles. This role manages multiple technical workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines while collaborating directly with engineering teams and external technology partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program operations, partner operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting software products, engineering organizations, and software release lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and external technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and release readiness.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating concise executive‑level summaries from complex technical information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, ownership, and follow‑through.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes, technologies, and technical environments.
  • Experience delivering technology or business application solutions within large‑scale, multi‑platform environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with hardware vendors, silicon partners, or broader platform ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering with organizations such as AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, or similar technology companies.
  • Familiarity with AI models, AI‑enabled software, or AI developer experiences.
  • Experience supporting a developer platform, SDK, API, or developer tooling offering.
  • Familiarity with certification, validation, quality, or release‑readiness programs.
  • Previous experience supporting co‑engineering engagements between software and hardware organizations.

Pay

The salary for this position is between $125K‑$135K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
