In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to building, maintaining, and enhancing crucial community and partner assets, boosting user engagement, fostering knowledge sharing, and accelerating the adoption of advanced technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, support, and continuously improve technical assets for the community and partners.
  • Manage and oversee customer-facing code repositories, ensuring their integrity and accessibility.
  • Lead community repository operations, ensuring the consistent upkeep and relevance of all repository assets.
  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of community-contributed content, establishing and maintaining robust documentation and governance processes.
  • Curate and develop essential resources such as scientific workflows, intelligent agents, reusable sample packages, and starter kits to accelerate innovation and adoption.
  • Create compelling technical content, including insightful blogs, practical tutorials, engaging videos, comprehensive onboarding guides, detailed documentation, and interactive workshop materials.
  • Efficiently triage customer and partner inquiries, investigate issues related to community assets, and coordinate with internal subject matter experts to resolve challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for partner onboarding, including environment setup guidance, integration troubleshooting, sample validation, and escalation coordination with engineering and product teams.
  • Track and analyze recurring customer feedback, usage signals, opportunities for improvement, and community engagement metrics to drive continuous enhancement and strategic development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with code repository management platforms and familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and machine learning concepts, including API integration.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience applying software engineering practices in scientific applications, with exposure to simulations, computational science, or related domains.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in program management and technical coordination and support.

  • Demonstrated experience creating technical content such as blogs, tutorials, videos, onboarding guides, and customer-facing learning materials.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and support customer enablement through workshops, demonstrations, and technical onboarding activities.
