Technical Program Manager – AHE Operations

About The Role

Zoox’s Advanced Hardware Engineering (AHE) team is responsible for delivering the compute and controls hardware, infotainment and telematics control units, and electrical components that power Zoox’s future fleet of self-driving vehicles. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead AHE Operations including Quarterly Planning, budgeting, and various other operational improvement initiatives. You will also lead the definition, development and roll out of AI automation tools that empower AHE TPMs and Engineering to significantly elevate their productivity.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in Technical Program Management with experience delivering complex cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with product development processes and tools such as Gantt charts, Smartsheet, and JIRA
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
• Strong communication skills
