Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of custom manufacturing programs from kickoff through delivery
• Act as primary customer interface, managing expectations and relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Drive execution in fast-paced, high-change environments with shifting priorities
• Resolve conflicts and align internal capabilities with customer needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of program management experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware environments
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution experience
• Background in custom or complex manufacturing programs preferred
• Willingness to travel 50–60% initially (PA/CA), tapering over time, plus 10–20% international (Mexico/China)
• Ability to be based in Valley Green, PA; Santa Clara, CA; or RTP, NC

Pay

S120,000 - $150,000 base salary

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule with options to work in Raleigh, NC, Santa Clara, CA, or Green Valley, PA.
