  • Support Agile ceremonies and program-level planning activities, including release planning, sprint planning, and program reviews as appropriate.
  • Monitor program progress and communicate status, accomplishments, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Help teams identify process improvements that increase delivery efficiency, predictability, and quality.
  • Drive release readiness activities and coordinate successful product launches.
  • Collaborate across geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
  • Ensure programs are executed in accordance with company quality and compliance processes where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles supporting software or digital product development.
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive execution.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Plans, Confluence, Product Discovery) to drive Agile project management.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, mobile application, or digital product development.
  • Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
