Technical Program Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud
About the Role
We're seeking a strategic Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise Adobe transformation programs for global brands. In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between clients, architects, engineers, product teams, and executive leadership, ensuring complex programs are delivered successfully and generate measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership
- Lead large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Develop program roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and success metrics
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Drive alignment across business, marketing, product, data, engineering, and executive teams
- Client Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery and implementation plans
- Clearly communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Technical Program Management
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and customer experience teams
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and Engineers to ensure successful delivery
- Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and drive execution across distributed teams
- Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and program objectives
- Adobe Experience Cloud Delivery
- Lead programs involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Focus on identity, personalization, and AI-driven customer experiences
- Help clients modernize their marketing, content, data, and customer experience ecosystems
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Technology Delivery experience
- Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Proven success managing budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution plans
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Background in digital transformation, customer experience, marketing technology, or enterprise platforms
- Consulting, systems integration, professional services, or agency experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certifications
- Knowledge of customer data platforms, CMS, DAM, analytics, identity resolution, and journey orchestration

Schedule
Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices (Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, or New York City) are required to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for Los Angeles-based employees). Those outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on role and business needs.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $135,000. Placement within the salary range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
