  • Support commercial activities including bids, RFP responses, and vendor selection
  • Ensure the program achieves agreed commercial and contractual outcomes

  • Own the identification, assessment, and mitigation of program-level risks and issues
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address complex delivery challenges
  • Maintain proactive risk management ensuring program outcomes are protected
  • Ensure unresolved issues are addressed through structured governance forums

  • Lead program-level quality reviews, audits, and assurance activities
  • Validate project quality plans and ensure adherence to quality management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice adoption

  • Ensure quality assurance includes clinical safety validation, regulatory compliance checks, cybersecurity controls, and interoperability standards (FHIR / HL7)
  • Ensure solutions support interoperability and integration across healthcare ecosystems (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
  • Navigate complex healthcare stakeholder environments including clinical and administrative functions
  • Ensure programs are designed with full awareness of clinical workflows, patient safety implications, and operational continuity requirements
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary program and project teams
  • Ensure effective allocation and utilization of shared resources across the portfolio
  • Define program organization structures, roles, and responsibilities (RACI)
