Technical Product Manager
Summary
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support the Credit Infrastructure, Data, Decisioning, and AI (GCID) organization by driving strategic and operational initiatives across highly complex technical programs. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing monthly business reviews (MBRs), goals, and OKRs, and partnering with business and engineering stakeholders to execute critical initiatives involving data, platforms, and AI. The TPM will play a key role in aligning teams, managing program execution, providing visibility to leadership, and supporting organizational success through effective communication, reporting, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cross-functional technical programs and initiatives across data, platform, infrastructure, decisioning, and AI domains.
- Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring appropriate planning, coordination, tracking, escalation management, and resolution of blockers.
- Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to drive technical initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop, support, and execute strategic priorities and business initiatives.
- Own the establishment, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), goals, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level materials that communicate program progress, operational performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Influence decision-making and drive alignment across multiple teams involved in highly complex cross-functional projects and programs.
- Manage uncertainty, competing priorities, technical dependencies, and organizational tradeoffs while ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.
- Plan and oversee a portfolio of technical programs and provide guidance and support to participating teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain program management processes, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor program performance and progress against established objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Communicate program status, key achievements, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and budget management activities associated with program execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, technology, finance, marketing, and business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
- Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing programs and projects within an engineering or technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Proven success managing highly complex projects and driving operational improvements.
- Experience developing and maintaining program governance, reporting frameworks, and performance management processes.
- Experience communicating effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Pay
$80.00 - $81.50/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
