About the role
As a Technical Product Manager at our Foster City, California office, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product features, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Work with designers to develop user-centered products and ensure they meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Manage product releases, gather feedback, and iterate on product features based on user and market insights.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support product success.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Experience leading product development from concept through launch.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, but not required.
