About the role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative products within Research & Development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure that product features meet customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
  • Work with designers to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage product releases and post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Experience leading product development from concept through launch
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
