Position Overview

Technical Enablement ensures that partners are technically capable of dereates repeatable standards for installation, technical onboarding, certification and escalation. Your Task

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver technical partner onboarding
  • Train and certify partner technicians
  • Support first installations and commissioning
  • Create technical enablement standards and documentation
  • Support demo readiness from a technical perspective
  • Define escalation paths for technical issues
  • Handle or coordinate L2 troubleshooting where needed
  • Ensure partners can manage standard site readiness, installation and basic troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support and Service
  • Define what partners must be able to handle independently after ramp-up
  • Reduce ad hoc technical support from Sales and Partner Managers
  • Provide feedback to product, service and customer teams on recurring technical issues

Performance Metrics

  • Partners technically onboarded and certified
  • Reduction of technical escalations into Sales or Partner Management
  • Successful first installations
  • Faster partner ramp-up
  • Higher first-time-right installation quality
  • Clear technical handover and escalation process
  • Improved partner independence after training

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Technical understanding of robotics, automation, machines or industrial equipment
  • Installation and commissioning experience
  • Field Application / technical customer support experience
  • Troubleshooting and structured problem solving
  • Understanding of service processes, spare parts and escalation logic
  • Ability to document technical standards clearly
  • Customer- and partner-facing communication skills
  • Ability to balance technical depth with operational pragmatism

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Travel Requirements

Estimated travel: 50-70%
