Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite.
- Support configured services running on various platforms while adhering to defined operating models and processes.
- Provide hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions, vendors, and brands.
- Perform basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
- Work independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document technical processes and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
This role will require 20% onsite in the office.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Server Operating Systems, or Infrastructure Event Management.
- One or more networking/Linux/cloud certifications: Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, CompTIA, LPI, AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Experience with deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure, e.g., Wireless Access Points, Layer 3 Switches, and Routers.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deploying and maintaining IT Infrastructure at scale.
- Experience with using IT Infrastructure Management tools, e.g., UniFi and Meraki.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative partner.
- Build strong relationships and navigate through cross-functional discussions to achieve successful outcomes.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations (required).
- Advanced proficiency in TCP/IP Networking (recommended).
- Advanced proficiency in Server Operating Systems, Infrastructure Event Management, and Wireless Networking Technologies (suggested).

Pay
Compensation varies by location. Hourly salary ranges for this role are as follows:
- California: $39.50 to $49.50
