About the role
The Technical Operations Supervisor at Vyve Broadband leads and develops field technicians to deliver exceptional service, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, oversee daily operations, budgets, and compliance with FCC standards, build strong relationships with local communities and authorities, and foster a culture of safety and growth.Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in cable, broadband, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of system operations and evolving technologies
- Hands-on leadership style and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in the field as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed internet, fiber, TV, and voice services delivery
- Knowledge of FCC regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
