About the role

Assess, develop, and implement comprehensive departmental application systems utilized by all Supervision Services Departments: Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Pretrial Services, and Treatment Courts. The Technical Operations Coordinator (TOC) manages automated departmental activities with the Department of Information Technology Solutions (ITS), Connectrex, Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS), and Problem Solving Adult and Juvenile Court Information System (PAJCIS). The TOC provides technical leadership in support of departmental and application systems in a Local Area Network environment, coordinates all Help Desk calls for departmental personnel, identifies, coordinates, and supports technical trainings for department personnel, assists in providing reports as requested by county and state agencies, and ensures quality assurance and fidelity are achieved throughout Supervision Services.
