TECHNICAL MANAGER - SITECORE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our Company Website and Portal initiatives. This role has evolved from a Business Analyst function to provide stronger ownership of project scope, requirements management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management experience and a working knowledge of Sitecore-based digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of website and portal projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and manage requirements.
• Ensure clear scope definition, requirement understanding, and project governance.
• Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project progress.
• Provide regular status updates and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Strong experience managing Agile software development projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Miro, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Sitecore CMS and Sitecore-based website/portal implementations.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification.
• Experience leading customer-facing web portal or website projects.
