Technical Lead, Web & Intranet Systems
About the role
The Technical Lead for our public website and intranet systems will drive the implementation and support of the next generation of these platforms at the firm. You will lead the evaluation and deployment of modern content and experience platforms while shaping a scalable architecture that enables shared content management across channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluation of intranet and public website platforms, defining requirements, architecture, and success criteria
- Own end-to-end implementation of selected platforms, from architecture and integration design through deployment
- Define and champion a cohesive content management vision, including shared or federated CMS capabilities across platforms
- Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture, including APIs, integrations, and content models
- Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g., identity management, CRM, analytics, client website)
- Direct and coordinate external platform vendors and implementation partners
- Review technical designs, code, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with standards
- Oversee post-launch support model, including issue resolution, enhancements, and platform evolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Corporate Strategy and other business stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- Partner with Information Security to implement best practices in authentication, authorization, and data protection
- Establish governance models for content, access, and platform usage
Qualifications
- Driven to deliver superior results
- Significant hands-on experience implementing public website and/or intranet platforms (e.g., Drupal, Staffbase, Interact, or similar)
- Strong background in modern web architecture (APIs, headless CMS, microservices, cloud platforms)
- Ability to contribute directly to implementation (configuration, scripting, integration, and/or development)
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms (DXPs), personalization, analytics, and SEO
- Experience with content modeling, taxonomy, and multi-channel content delivery
- Experience working alongside and directing third-party vendors and system integrators
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- To work in a highly collaborative team environment

- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable.
