Technical Lead Vetter

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls on behalf of multiple technical service providers
• Gather key project and contact information from prospects
• Summarize lead details and enter them into a CRM system
• Follow up with leads via phone and email as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of our customers

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Must have direct experience in fabrication, engineering, or construction
• Technical Fluency: Must be comfortable discussing technical scopes using appropriate terminology
• Communication Skills: Must be confident and professional on phone and email
• Tech Competence: Able to navigate CRM tools, Excel, and Gmail efficiently
• Professional Environment: Must be able to take calls without background interruptions
• Reliable Connection: Strong internet and phone signal are required
