Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead/Lead Engineer to join our software development team. In this role, you will lead a small POD style team in building enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React.
• Lead a small team of developers and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and React.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500 - $251,100.
