Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with SAP ERP modules: PP, QM, PM, SAP EWM & SAP PCo
• Experience in support model & knowledge on Incident, Changes & Problem Management
• Provides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support.
• Compliant with the SLA to deliver effective resolution
• Provide Plant floor application Support in various site in USA
• Need to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape
• Interact with customers and make sure high availability of application with on time support
• Cookordinate with various support teams and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Cookordinate & align with project & LCM (Life Cycle Management) team make sure application upgrades planned & executed well

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Pay

Salary Range $180,000-$220,000 years
