About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and maintain visually appealing content for various social media channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
