Technical Implementation Advisor

Responsibilities

• Completes day-to-day application support tasks with moderate supervision
• Provides professional input to complex application support tasks/projects
• Serves as the first point of contact technical configuration of assigned products
• Maintains and works through implementation project plans for assigned projects under the guidance and partnership of the Implementation Project Manager
• Manages the process for taking a new customer project from the phase of 'data received and loaded' to 'go live'
• Analyzes the output of our software to validate results
• Understands customer’s workflows and confirms our software is properly configured for those workflows
• Adds needed master data to our database to support the above items
• Trains lead users in how to validate the data as part of the implementation
• Partners with support teams to troubleshoot, determine root cause, resolve, or escalate issues as needed
• Performs routine configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines
• Troubleshoots client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issues
• Enters time and thoroughly tracks implementation project status changes
• Leads in the development of team processes and procedures to increase efficiency and to launch new standards of interoperability
• Configures and maintains HL7 interfaces from client partners
• Configures and maintains FHIR connections with client partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 1+ years working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience
• Experience with configuring HL7 interfaces and/or FHIR API integration
• Basic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementation
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships

Pay

Total Compensation: Base pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also receive an annual cash bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $87,000.00 /Yr.
