About the role
The Technical Field Service Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support and field services to customers across various agricultural equipment brands. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to customers for agricultural equipment issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in a timely manner.
- Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in agricultural equipment field service or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and its components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
