About the role

The Technical Field Service Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support and field services to customers across various agricultural equipment brands. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers for agricultural equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agricultural equipment field service or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and its components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
