- Sources candidates globally for open positions
- Maintains a requisition load of 50+ job openings
- Uses various sourcing tools and methods to find quality passive candidates
- Cold calls and pre-screens potential candidates to assess fit
- Develops recruitment plans for new positions
- Buils and maintains market-specific candidate databases
- Keeps up-to-date with competitor activities affecting recruiting
- Conducts pre-interview screenings, reference checks, and verifications
- Communicates job details, compensation, and benefits to candidates
- Coordinates travel and lodging for selected candidates
- Notifies candidates of employment consideration
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements
- Submits required reports on time
- Visits branch offices to understand local office culture
- Attends networking and career fair events
- Engages passive candidates through partnerships
- Processes and communicates with candidates using the ATS
- Collaborates with regional and corporate recruiting teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 2 - 5+ years of relevant experience
