What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from strategic planning and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through hiring and placement.
  • Act as the trusted connector between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for both sides.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, campus outreach, networking events, and more to attract diverse, high-quality technology talent.
  • Recruit for a variety of technical roles including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, business systems, project management, and IT support.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, continually engaging skilled candidates and adding top professionals to our database.
  • Collaborate closely with our Onboarding Team to track hiring progress and help resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation in Bullhorn, keeping candidate records accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously developing your recruiting and sourcing expertise.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, aligning your recruiting efforts with CSI’s mission and our clients’ DEI initiatives.
  • Embrace a flexible, growth-oriented mindset by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience, experience in technology recruitment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (experience may be accepted in lieu of education).

Understanding of technology environments and technical roles, including software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, ERP systems, and IT support functions.

Demonstrated effectiveness with sourcing and recruiting best practices including social media, job boards, community events, user groups, targeted cold calling, college recruiting, and development of a strong candidate pipeline.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn preferred).

Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

Exemplary customer focus, with an ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly.

Competitive and goal-oriented, with a track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline.

Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and work independently with minimal guidance.
