Sources

• Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines across active roles in embedded and executive search engagements.
• Go beyond the obvious channels. Utilize referral networks, technical communities, direct outreach, and cold calling.

Candidates

• Own the candidate experience end to end within your assigned roles.
• Timely communication, accurate representation of the client and the role, and a process that leaves candidates with a strong impression of Aivara.

Pipeline Support

• Keep the ATS current.
• Flag movement and gaps to the Principal Recruiter.
• Maintain the visibility that lets the team stay ahead of the pipeline rather than reacting to it.

Screening

• Conduct initial screens.
• Produce candidate summaries that give the hiring team what they need to make a fast, confident decision.

Client Communication

• You may attend client stand-ups or communicate with hiring managers on scheduling and logistics.
• The Principal Recruiter leads the client relationship; your job is to support it and to execute on details that build trust.

We're looking for 2+ years of technical recruiting experience or 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, with demonstrated experience in engineering-heavy domains. Strong sourcing instincts, disciplined on process, clear written communicator, and curious about the technical domains we recruit in are required. Offered compensation will be determined based on various factors including industry, technical roles supported, and total years of experience.
