Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Leverage advanced search strings and data-driven sourcing techniques to discover, engage, and nurture passive engineering, product, and data talent.
- Candidate Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial phone interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate alignment against technical role parameters and core corporate values.
- Applicant Tracking System Stewardship: Maintain, scale, and document candidate profiles and pipeline statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure platform-wide operational consistency.
- Hiring Team Alignment: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Product Directors to understand complex technical requirements, schedule matrix interviews, and drive post-interview candidate feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or an equivalent intensive recruitment training certification.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional corporate recruiting internship, staffing agency experience, or a comprehensive tracking portfolio demonstrating proactive talent sourcing.
- Technical Tooling: Fundamental understanding of software engineering stacks (frontend, backend, cloud) paired with high proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and collaborative workspace tools.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized given our deeply integrated global client portfolio.
- Mindset: Highly receptive to structured operational feedback, deeply detail-oriented, and possessing an empathetic, candidate-first approach to solving hiring friction.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 base structure + Performance-Based Placement Bonuses, Equity Shares & Corporate Health Benefits.
