Qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing experience
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT preferred
- Technical fluency in understanding healthcare data and IT space
- Ability to measure what matters and adapt quickly
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly across Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, Gem, and emerging channels to identify top candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach and follow-up sequences across email, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Build and maintain sourcing funnels that are organized, warm, and consistently full
- Track response rates, test messaging variations, and continuously optimize what works
- Leverage automation and AI tools to move faster and source smarter
- Qualify candidate interest, assess motivation, and route high-signal prospects to the right stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate initial calls between candidates and hiring managers
- Help manage external hiring presence, job listings, social content, and job site profiles to attract world-class talent

Pay
$50 — $75 yearly
