Focuses on filling exempt and non-exempt positions
- Sources candidates globally for open positions
- Routinely manages a requisition load of 50+ job openings
- Utilizes various sourcing tools and methods to search for quality passive candidates
- Leverages data from new hires, referrals, competitor information, internal employees, and professional networks
- Cold calls and pre-screens potential candidates to determine fit
- Works with hiring and regional managers to develop recruitment plans
- Buils and maintains market-specific candidate databases
- Stays informed about competitor activities affecting recruiting efforts
- Conducts pre-interview screenings, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Initial prescreens candidates to gather relevant information
- Informs applicants about job details, compensation, benefits, and other relevant information
- Coordinates travel and lodging for selected candidates
- Communicates with job applicants regarding their status
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements
- Completes and submits required reports
- Visits branch offices to understand local office culture
- Attends networking and career fair events
- Engages passive candidates through partnerships and existing relationships
- Uses ATS to manage and communicate with candidates outside of the ATS
- Collaborates with regional and corporate recruiting teams
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or similar field preferred
- 2 - 5+ years of experience
