Technical Engineering Recruiter
About the role
Fills exempt and non-exempt positions globally.
Responsibilities
- Sources candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, competitor websites, job boards, referrals, and internal networks.
- Develops recruitment plans for open positions, managing a load of up to 50+ openings.
- Conducts pre-screening, reference checks, and employment verifications to ensure candidate qualifications meet organizational requirements.
- Communicates job details, compensation, benefits, and working conditions to candidates.
- Coordinates travel and lodging arrangements for selected candidates.
- Notifies candidates of employment considerations and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Attends networking events and collaborates with regional and corporate teams to engage passive candidates and meet recruiting goals.
- Uses the ATS to manage candidate interactions and collaborate with regional recruiting staff.
Requirements
BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field preferred, 2-5+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
