Technical Engineering Recruiter

Focuses on filling exempt and non-exempt positions

• Sources candidates globally for open positions
• Maintains a requisition load of 50+ job openings
• Uses various sourcing tools and methods to find quality passive candidates
• Cold calls and pre-screens potential candidates to assess fit
• Develops recruitment plans for new positions
• Builds and maintains market-specific candidate databases
• Conducts pre-interview screenings, reference checks, and employment verifications
• Communicates with job applicants about job details, compensation, and benefits
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and regulations
• Collaborates with regional and corporate recruiting teams
• Attends networking and career fair events
• Facilitates partnerships with hiring managers
• Utilizes ATS to manage passive candidates

Requirements
