Technical Engineering Manager

Lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Write, review code, and develop scalable platform services
• Mentor and inspire software engineers for professional growth
• Design system architecture and influence product roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Security teams to align execution with business goals
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Define and track KPIs to enhance team performance and quality

Requirements

• 15+ years in software development or related engineering fields
• 5+ years managing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, Java, C#, and modern technologies
• Proven delivery of SaaS software with microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise in building scalable, operationally efficient systems
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and operational excellence

Pay

$160,000 – $185,000 annually
