Responsibilities
- Create and update the Electronic Warfare Directorate’s technical strategy
- Ensure strategy alignment with the Directorate and overall company objectives
- Document the directorate's technical vision and compare it to the current state
- Develop a roadmap to transition from current state to future state
- Lead technical volumes of proposals, ensuring responsiveness and clear discriminators
- Support Business Development and Capture activities by aligning contract pursuits with sector strategy
- Afford customer engagements by developing briefings that highlight company differentiators
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
- Identify solutions, services, and best practices to keep the sector at the forefront of innovation
- Foster cross-business unit collaboration to drive partnerships and accelerate advancements
- Engage high-value customers and operators
- Deliver compelling technical briefings and solution presentations to senior government leaders and mission operators
- Leverage strong relationships to influence decision-making and strengthen customer trust
- Build and refine a high-performing technology organization
- Lead multi-domain collaboration across Parsons' Defense & Intelligence portfolio to solve complex mission challenges
- Drive new business and on-contract growth while cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Manage technology budgets, allocating resources efficiently and cost-effectively
Requirements
- Minimum of 20+ years of direct related experience
- Experience in operational or military environments in cyber, EW, or intelligence domains (plus)
- Experience initiating and executing innovation, experimentation, and advanced development efforts within the military
- Broad understanding of SAP portfolios and associations with OUSW(R&E), SCO, DARPA, service labs, and program offices
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets especially relating to experimentation, advanced development, and rapid fielding
- Understanding of strategic, operational, and tactical operations and capabilities especially relating to complex kill chain development, National systems, and tactical fires
- Experience integrating with or directly support Special Operations, Space Operations, Air Operations, and large-scale Ground force operations
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (desired)
- Knowledge of SIGINT, Electronic Warfare (EW), Digital Signals Processing (DSP), Radio Frequency (RF), Space Systems Engineering, and algorithm development (desired)

Benefits
Parsons offers a competitive salary range of $176,900.00 - $332,400.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
