Technical Control Facility Trainer

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program in accordance with DISAC 310-70-1, tailored to the specific requirements of technical control facility operations.

Develop a training plan and schedule for all personnel, ensuring coverage of key technical areas and compliance with contract requirements.

Provide hands-on training on troubleshooting circuits configured in the Tech Control training lab to simulate operational environments.

Configure and maintain the Tech Control training lab with equipment simulating actual tech control equipment, trunks, and circuits.

Conduct weekly in-person training classes for initial station qualification and periodic classes thereafter to maintain training currency.

Training must include hands-on training on troubleshooting circuits configured in the Tech Control training lab to simulate operational circuits.

Monitor and maintain training records for all personnel.

Stay updated on advancements in telecommunications technology and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Control Facility Operations or a closely related field

Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE

Computing Environment Certification: CCNA

Collaborative Clearance: Must possess Top Secret/SCI clearance
