About the role
As a Technical Consultant, you will define and optimize design solutions aligned with client requirements using the Centric PLM platform. You will collaborate with Centric solution delivery teams and customers to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring the configuration and data requirements meet business processes. You will also assist in preparing system test and validation plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize design solutions in line with clients’ requirements leveraging the Centric PLM platform.
- Work closely with Centric solution delivery teams and customers.
- Collect, understand, challenge, and communicate business requirements, translating these into functional specifications.
- Define configuration and data requirements to meet business processes.
- Assist in the preparation of system test and validation plans.
Requirements
- Scientific or technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of system integration patterns and processes.
- Expert knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (bash or similar).
Skills
- Track record in consultancy with a large software vendor (nice to have).
- Experience in enterprise software or ERP implementations (nice to have).
- Experience with the manipulation of large datasets (nice to have).
- Knowledge of retail, apparel, food & beverages, or cosmetic industry (nice to have).
- Knowledge of PLM applications at a strategic and operational level (nice to have).
Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is negotiable. Ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Certain positions may include additional variable incentives.
