About the Role

As a Technical Consultant, your primary role will be to lead the design and implementation of software solutions that significantly improve client operations. You will understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful deployment aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing environments will be key to accelerating project delivery and enhancing client satisfaction. You will also cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous process improvements. This role requires a disciplined approach to project management, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in all initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience working with, configuring, and deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Prior knowledge of working with PINpoint MES is preferred
• Ability to read and work within XML files
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Stored Procedures
• Experience with controls and automation programming
• Knowledge of PLC systems and ability to work with an OPC server
• Knowledge of PLC programming would be an asset
• Experience with server setup, TCP/IP configuration, IIS, web services, and implementation
• Knowledge of Local Area Networks
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including proper document structure, formatting, pivot tables, and effective presentations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Degree or equivalent certification or work experience in a technical discipline
• Travel expected: up to 50%
• Must be able to travel globally
