About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Community & Programs Lead to foster and grow our presence within key communities: researchers, developers, and builders shaping the future of open-source AI. This role requires a deep understanding of these communities and a proven track record of engaging with them effectively.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate Reflection’s presence in developer and research communities
• Foster and maintain trusted relationships with influential figures in open AI development
• Create and contribute to the open source ecosystem through demos, tutorials, and other content
• Engage with tastemakers and contributors in the AI space, helping Reflection establish itself as a respected collaborator
• Own and manage community programs and event strategies
• Develop and oversee community content and channel strategies
• Build and manage university and researcher partnership programs
• Organize and run hackathons, meetups, and webinars that developers and researchers find valuable
• Collaborate closely with Communications, Product, Research, and Go-To-Market teams to develop comprehensive strategies and content
• Operationalize community programming and ensure follow-through
• Bring community insights back to the team to inform product and communication strategies

What We're Looking For

• A deep understanding of the developer and research communities
• Experience running community programs, developer relations, or technical marketing
• The ability to build a personal brand and maintain meaningful relationships within the AI ecosystem
• An operational mindset with attention to detail and the skills to produce high-quality technical content
