Technical Collections Engineer, Jr. Level

About the role

The Technical Collections Engineer (Junior level) will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and interpret signals data.

Requirements

• Basic Linux operating experience, including troubleshooting technical issues
• Working level knowledge of:
  • TCP/IP and OSI network models
  • Linux systems administration
  • Cloud-based services
  • Automation tools and scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Proven ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical fields of study
• In lieu of a technical degree, four (4) years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, relevant military experience (e.g., #1N2X1, #35N, #35S, #35P, #CTR)

Desired Skills

• Prior experience as a military Signal Collections Analyst or Information Technology Administrator
• Experience in signals analysis, network analysis, or related field
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Prior experience with SIGINT collection systems
• Working knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts

Pay

$64,000–$128,000, commensurate with qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated expertise.
