Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
• Perform basic calculations, modeling, simulations, or drafting as required
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, or inspections as needed
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic experience with engineering tools, software, or design platforms used in the field
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and methods
